~ Severus commenting that Harry is like his mom, if not more loyal to his friend

Options:
~ Harry commenting he'll stand by Hermione even if she does go dark

Bonus Points If:

Summary: Harry was born with down syndrome. How does this change his 'destiny'. Do the Dursley's take him in after Lily and James are killed? How does he manage at Hogwarts? Does he go there at all? How's Severus involved? Bonus brownies if you manage to bring Draco into it! (A friendly Draco please!)

Summary: Voldemort had a mistress, one of his most loyal and trusted Death Eaters. She was given one task; to provide him with perfect warriors, perfect followers, perfect heirs. Distraught and driven to madness upon his apparent 'demise' she sets out to remedy her earlier failure by cooking up the children through a perverse mixture of their genetic material and many Dark Arts. After two years she manages to carry to term one viable embryo but the toll proves too much and she parishes giving birth. No one knew of this child's origins and so it was placed into the uncaring, unyielding world of a Muggle orphanage. Growing up much them same way as it's Sire the child shows many difficulty's adjusting socially upon entering Hogwarts. Severus Snape takes a special interest in the child, attempting to keep it from straying down the dark path, ignorant of the importance his influence may hold. Rules ** Snape must at some point (it can be very late in the story but I'd prefer it be after he gets to know the child a bit) figure out the child's origins. With some difficulty, of course, don't make it too easy. ** There must be believable (and parental type) corporal punishment (between any characters you like but especially between the child and Snape) ** You must show evidence of the child's struggle with doing the right thing and darker, more natural impulses ** The character must regularly interact with cannon characters, you can make them rivals or friends, it's your choice Extra points for writing from Snape's point of view or letting 'Moody' and Voldemort find out about the kid

Summary: What if Severus had convinced Lily to join the dark side? When did he do it? What was the end effect? Is Lily the ultimate spy, the spy's wife, or something else? Who is Harry in this world? Is that even his name?

Most importantly, what is the world like?

Must feature:
~Independent thinking Lily
~ Unconditionally loving Severus
~ A smart but not super powerful "Harry"

~ Lily leaving her son money
~ Harry in danger of having the magic from his father side ripped out of him, along with all his other Potter characteristics.

Summary: There's always been one thing that I have wondered about Harry Potter and that is - was Umbridge truly good? Or did she work for Voldemort? If so, why did she punish Harry so firmly? Wouldn't she have been happy to hear from her old master? Or is there something else sinister in the midst?

If she is actually good then why does she have such dark implements as a blood quill, and why would she use them?

Must have Snape discover Umbridge's punishment of Harry.

Any category, however bonus points if a Father category.

Summary: Ron thought they were destroying Voldermort's horcruxes. That was the point of the trip, only to find out in the end his friends are not exactly who they thought they were.

Must haves:

~ Set during TDH
~ Readers see meetings between Snape and Harry and meetings between Bellatrix, the Malfoys and Hermione.
~ A positive relationship between Harry and Severus (biological preferable: brother, father, uncle, etc...)
~ The vision Ron sees when destroying the locket is somewhat true (in other words, no GW/HP.)
~ Hermione is actually related to Bellatrix (daughter, niece, younger sister, etc....)

Possible options:
~ Different names for Mione and Harry
~ Tobias being a wizard
~ Eileen is alive
~ Good or Bad Voldermort with Dumbledore being his opposite
~ Whatever you please....
