Summary: We all do enjoy our favourite Potions Master suffer, or is that just me? In this challenge, we see Snape weep. In character as much as possible and in front of Harry. Important to this challenge is that Harry doesn't just come in when it's already happening, but is during some interaction with Harry. Prompt: Coward.
[Report This] Summary: What if Severus had lied to the Dark Lord all those years ago and told him that Harry was his child in order to protect Lily, knowing she would never place her life before her son's? How much would be changed by one little white lie?
[Report This] Summary: Got this idea from a video on Youtube that showed Snape in the Great Hall demanding to know where Potter was. What if instead of fighting Minerva, Snape kills the Carrows and calls upon the school to get ready for the Final Battle. What if also, he gave the Slytherins a choice, telling them the truth of who Voldemort really is, his past, and what he was forced to do.
Must have the following:
You can have Voldemort believing that he hasn't mastered the Elder Wand enabling Harry to take it, or you can have all sorts of surprises from anything like Snape adding additional protections to the school to Harry discovering that Snape is his father. Show another side of Snape other than what the scene showed with him running away from Minerva's spells. [Report This] Summary: I was looking at the various categories, and to my surprise, there are no stories under 'Crossover'!
So, this challenge is straightforward enough: write a crossover between HP and another fandom in which Harry and Snape feature as main characters. [Report This] Summary: Based on the rock opera Tommy, but particularly the song "Cousin Kevin," Harry is being tortured by Dudley (and possibly Vernon, if you wish to focus on that, as well). Snape finds out when Harry's magic can't keep protecting him. May be set any year.
[Report This] Summary: Harry Potter has all the Four Houses' Most Sought Qualities, thus when he is Sorted, the Hat makes a new house just for him...and a new Head of House who acts more like a mother than a teacher. He has friends from all houses, but get jealous when his Head of House starts dating Snape.
[Report This] Summary: Draco thinks he killed Potter and he must confess to Snape...Is Harry really dead? How will Severus respond?
[Report This] Summary: The last battle has finally come and Snape is at Harry's side when he goes to face Voldemort. Make it swashbuckling! This is a challenge for a very action oriented battle...the internal monologuing can saunter off and take over someone else's challenge. Have fun, I look forward to reading any responses.

This something, whether immediately, or sometime after the fact, causes Harry to disappear (kidnapped? vanished?) or go into hiding or leave the Wizarding World of his own free will (you decide). Somehow, a female character(s)--Hermione, Ginny, and/or Luna--drag(s) Snape into the mix of looking for Harry. Why are they trying to find Harry? Why is Snape needed? How does she manage to convince/bribe/coerce him into helping? Should include guest (or more) appearances from Ginny, Shacklebolt, and McGonnagal. All characters must be kept IN character.
