Send Dudley instead by nnjjj

Summary: Petunia never got over her wish to be a witch. When the first Hogwarts letter arrives for Harry, Petunia knows what it is. She devises a plan to send Dudley instead of Harry as the boy who lived. She colors his hair and puts him on a diet (a little!) and presents him to Hagrid when he arrives to take the boy shopping. Finally she has her chance to bask in the fame she believes she deserves. What will happen when Dudley arrives at Hogwarts? Will anyone suspect that something is wrong? And just what will the Dursleys do (nothing too extreme please) with the real Harry?
