Severus is really being an arse, and I for one cannot wait for him to start getting better. I look forward to seeing how you're going to handle that!
Author's Response: He'll warm up slowly. :)
I wonder if the missing tea set will surface? I suppose Snape has been busy brewing while Harry and Hoppity were at the school. Sounds like school will be fairly dull for Harry. Too bad his friend Michael isn't in that school with him.
Author's Response: Snape has his own potions to work out, and he will be testing them out on Harry mostly. They may be important back at Hogwarts for the war.

Just rereading this story because I love how Snape warms up to Harry. Is that a runes watch like the Weasleys' family clock that indicates their location and level of danger? It seems like it. I am also surprised Snape hasn't killed someone yet(Harry). I can just imagine the look on Snape's face when Harry said, "I don't have to listen to you." He has not warmed up to him at all at this point. I can see Snape thinking of the 15 year old potter.
Author's Response: It sure is the same type of watch as the Weasley's! Good guess!

I know that Snape doesn't have the best opinion of Hoppity, but a lesser woman (like me) might have tried to throttle him by now! You've got to give it to Hoppity for her patience. I love how wonderful she is with Harry!
Tracy
Author's Response: Yup! I decided that Hoppity would have Dumbledore-like patience. She's younger, but i think that her patience and craziness balences things out. Thanks for your comments!

An interesting story so far, though I have to admit not totaly knowing what to think of it
Author's Response: Ah, don't worry about it. That was just a muddle transition chapter that I didn't really work into it. We'll get to how the story is within the next chapter or two and then the people who like that kind of story will love it and those that don't, won't and will probably stop reading. :) So you should probably wait until chapter 20 to decide whether you want to continue. It will be lots of Snape and Harry scenes, with lots of Harry kid scenes dispersed throughout. I just have to go back and get everything fitting with each other better, the stuff that's already posted and the new stuff. Man, I didn't know that it would be this hard when I started, but i guess that's what happens when you take material that it a year and a half old and try to make it fit with your new writing style, new scenes, and a new direction the story has ended up taking. Okay, I need to actually stop talking and go work on that now. XD Thanks for your review!

My favorite part in this chapter was the breakfast scene. Poor Harry! All that trouble to try and help and it got him nowhere! It was very realistic how frantic he was to try and fix the situation once he thought that he had messed things up, and in turn ended up just making things worse. That seems to happen to us all unfortunately. Great Job! :)
Author's Response: Poor Harry. : *pats his messy head* I am so terrible to him, aren't I? Thanks for the revew!
