That had to be hard for Harry. I hope someone told him that Michael's mother came and took him before he could say goodbye. He did call out to Harry after all.

Author's Response: Poor Harry, he tends to get into awful situations. Thank you for your comments. :)

Oh, that was good. I wish Snape could learn to express what he's really feeling--maybe he'll learn that while he's here with Harry. I've always found that when I'm teaching kids, I often learn just as much, if not more than they do.

I like how you sneakily had Snape tuck Harry in after he was already asleep. You can tell that Harry is growing on him, though I'm worried about the next chapter because it might make the progress go to waste.

Author's Response: Yes, Snape will develop and change as the story progresses. Harry is indeed growing on Snape, but maybe that will change after the Tantrum. You will just have to see! Thank you for your review! :)

Yippee!!! An update soon? I will check every day. Your story is one of my favorites. It is right up there with A Year Like None Other and its sequels. I love Snape and Harry interactions and could shoot J.K.R for not developing a parent/child relationship for these two. They really deserve each other. Real Life sucks also. I have not updated my story, My Beloved Child, in months either. But hopefully before the new year. My daughter has had cancer and my mother is dying and what has kept me sane is my "safe haven"-Harry Potter Fanfiction!!!

Author's Response: Wow, thank you so much for all of the compliments! I really wish that JKR had developed a parent/child relationship in canon for these two charaters as well. That would have been incredible! Oh well, that's what we have fanfiction for! Thank Merlin for fanfiction! I hope that you and your family is doing well.

Hey Jan, any chance over the Christmas holidays, you might have a chance to update. I'd be happy even if it is a very short chapter! It would be enough just that I could read your lovely story! :)

Author's Response: Yes, there is a very good chance!!! I am planning on updating the story within the next two weeks. it just depends on when. :) Thanks for reminding me and still wanting an update after all this time. :D

Almost a year without an update...is there one on the horizon??? I can't wait to read about the tantrum!

Author's Response: Not quite yet. Still sacked with lots of school work and health issues. Hopefully I will have time soon. Thank you for your review and I'm glad that you are still interested!

Hhaha I just read this whole story over again, and I still love it. I hope you have time soon to update it, I'm curious as to what this 'Tantrum' is about.

Oh, I forgot to say that I can't wait till you find time to update!

I am anxious to see what happens when Harry has a tantrum. I'm betting that Snape won't tolerate that.

I really love Harry, will he go back to being sixteen, or stay six? Love him either way, but I hope that he can have Snape as a guardian even if he goes back to being 16.

Author's Response: I can't wait either! Sigh. Oh well. Nope, Snape won't tolerate it. :) Don't worry, I am sure that you will like the rest of the story, and what comes after it.

Wow, I just discovered this story again, but I know that you said that you were too busy to update right now.

I remember enjoying this story, the first time I read it, but I didn't belong to this site yet, so I never was able to post a review. But yipee, now I can!

I also love how Snape is with Harry, he has to be strict with him becaue Hoppity spoils him rotten! He would turn into Dudley, if Snape didn't balance it out! But I love Hoppity anyway, and I course, Sev is my favourite!

Author's Response: Thank you for your review! I want to update soon, because having great reviews like this reminds me of the magic of the story. But I will have to take care of my school work first.

Love this story, you're torturing us with no updates though! Come on, update please!

Author's Response: I will when I will be able to! I have a lot, A LOT to do, and I am so far behind! I can't fail my classes and i'm in charge of so many things first. I'm afriad that writing doesn't take priority right now. Sorry! But thank you for the review! Hopefully I will be better able to schedule my time.
