Damn it Harry! You should know better than that! Your dad only wants to protect you because he would be devastated if he lost you. I know that if snape were my dad he'd be the same way but the difference between Harry and I is that I would obey him.

Aria and Remus crying made me start to cry too. I also started laughing when Aria tried playing matchmaker for both of them. Thank you Snapegirl for writing this book. It's the best thing I've ever read.

Good fic. I wish all your stories were on a website that was well organized, so I could make sure I find all the pieces, sequels, inserted missing chapters, prequels, etc.

Severus, like parents everywhere is stupid enough to tell his kid, "No!" without teaching anything at all. Given the situation, with Ron, Scabbers, Black, etc., it might have been helpful for Severus to have gone through the entire sequence of events in chronological order, stopping the "film" at many places, to say, OK, at this point, what were the choices, and what was the best one? What could you have done differently, which were the the wiser choices, and which were the dangerous, foolish ones? How could the scenario have gone differently if people had been acting smarter? I've never heard of a parent doing this in real life or in fiction.

This talking chapter is just as aggravating as movies and books, in that one quick sentence would inform everyone of the situation, but Snape and Black, and each other group, all spend 20 minutes arguing, etc. and cause problems. It's like knocking on the door of a house that is on fire, and instead of screaming, "Fire," you apologize for the disturbance at this time of night, and hope you'll be forgiven once the homeowner hears your explanation, and you really would have waited until a more suitable hour to knock except that it's sort of an emergency, etc., etc., etc. As the author of this fanfic, you would have had the ability if not the motivation to make this scene better than the book.

Does Draco get bit? Would serve him right. Of course then Uncle Remmy would be in trouble so nevermind.

Author's Response: It would but then you're right, Remmy would be in real trouble. And that would NOT be good.

Author's Response: Hahaha! I could just see his face--and Sev's!!
