    I couldn't imagine that Lily's news of dating Severus would go down well with Petunia. Probably just as well - she wouldn't want Harry picking up any of Dudley's habits. The Harry and the kitten scenes were funny. He's lucky he wasn't scratched. Will the kitten's remain Chaucer or perhaps something from T.S. Eliot? Maybe the next chapter will tell.

    Author's Response: You will have to wait and see.  To be honest, I hadn't answered your questions in what I had written ahead.  I now see I was making an error doing so.  Things might be delayed slightly so I can address the points you and your fellow reviewers raised.

    es dulce, en verdad, me encanta como reflejaste los actos dulces y paternales de Severus, porque son tan naturales tan inconscientes, que son realmente dulces!!!

    I think part of the problem Sev has with little kids, other than nerves is he over thinks things.  He's better when he just relies on his instincts (at least with my version of Sev).

    That was a long night for Severus and a long day to follow. Lily ought to be impressed. I wonder how much Lily heard over the baby monitor?

    Author's Response: Don't know how much she heard.  She obviously heard him sing Harry to sleep at least once.  Who knows whatelse Sev might have confessed in the dark.  We will have to wait and see if she ever brings it up again.

    Me encanto, la imagen de Severus durante el evento fue muy dulce, pero no solo eso, sino que en realidad dio un sentido lindo de compañía entre ellos

    y el beso fue sorpresivo,
    inesperado pero brillante!!!

    Muchas gracias.  Tuve un montón de diversión con este capítulo.

    Le llevó un tiempo, pero Severus finalmente a gusto con Harry. Él quiere estar allí para Lily en este momento de necesidad. Este es probablemente uno de los días más duros de su vida. El Ministerio no lo hace más fácil.

    En cuanto al beso ... bueno, tenía que pasar algún tiempo. Si no fuera por los boozes, sería Severus haber tenido el valor de hacerlo? Sigue leyendo para averiguarlo.

    Es dulce ver que Severus esta empezando a ver a Remus como un amigo, al fin un aliado y no solo defenderse a sí mismo de todos

    Author's Response: It is.  This story is not just about how Sev's relationships with Lily and Harry changed, but with their family (Sirius and Remus are almost uncles to Harry after all) grew and changed.

    Well, Severus didn't do too badly except for the mailbox. At least all he had to deal with were the gas pedal and brakes. Learning on a clutch is a lot harder.

    Author's Response: I would expect it to be.  I've never tried to drive stick, so I couldn't put poor Sev through that.

    Severus did a good job keeping an eye on Harry. I enjoyed his comments to Harry at the chapter beginning, too. I'm glad that he was enjoying Harry for himself rather than just to please Lily.

    Author's Response: It took him awhile and his comfort with Harry and small children will only grow with time.  I'm not saying he's going to be an expert at dealing with little kids, but he won't be so scared of them.  He'll be very glad when all of his children are school age.  He knows how to handle that.
