I for one cheered Ron on for punching Malfoy! Hermione's quote was funny too; “It would have been better for you to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid, than to open it up and remove all doubt!” I've heard that before and have to agree. Though resorting to violence wasn’t the smartest move, Draco deserved the whupping he got. What he said was truly jerk-like and an insult to poor Harry's character *sniffs snootily* lol ;D BTW, I loved the way Snape seemed so reluctant to intervene and just let the fight continue! And Making Draco agree with his punishment too, so Slytherin! Can't wait to read more as always :) Author's Response: LOL! Thank you, I'm glad you liked it Beth! Who had a fantastic idea. She made up a poem To drive her point home: Reviews are what she holds deah! :D Good chapter. I'm champing at the bit for the plot to advance here though. When is Severus going to find him? Will there be any action from Voldemort - is it foreshadowing that his scar's aching? Does Harry/Jesse even HAVE his wand? This is a cool premise and I'm hooked! Author's Response: Haha! You'll be writiting famous limricks in no time. Voldemort has something up his sleeve, something with teeth. No, Harry doesn't have a wand, if he did he probably would have thrown it away thinking all the while, 'why do I have a stick in my pocket?'. XD Thank you for reviewing!
Anyways, hope Harry's leg heals! Those were some interesting theorys Tobias and the doctor came up with on ‘Jessie’s appearance and state, but I wonder if he’ll remember something from his past eventually? Seems he almost did, based on his nightmare, but unfortunately he forgot about it… P.S. Scary poem O_O lol Author's Response: Lol, I thought it was a grimly cute limerick! :P Yes, I never thought he'd be a good cook, he'll be glad to have Harry around.

I hope Harry remembers a little bit more soon. And it's funny how he can't lie to Tobias, just like he can't lie to Severus. Will we ever get to see a meeting between Sev and his dad? Author's Response: Any meeting between Harry and Snape or Tobias and Severus won't happen for quite a while. You will get to see a meeting between them, you'll learn some of their history first.
Neat chapter! I'm terrible on amnesia stories—I spend the whole time going crazy waiting for people to finally figure things out. However, that was a lot of fun. Looking forward to the next installment! Author's Response: I've never written one before this. Beautiful limerick :) I like that chapter, it seems very realistic and I like all your characters. It's interesting to watch Tobias - he seems like a strict man, but with a good hearth; that's different from how we know him from the books. Has the time changed him? Is it the fact that "Jesse" isn't magical? Or will we see some darker side of his personality soon? Well, I'm looking forward to the next chapture :) Author's Response: I thought over how he is portrayed in the books, and while I do believe the man in the memory was Tobias, I can’t say that I think he's abusive, extremely mean or always like the way we saw him portrayed in the memory. He was probably rather poor working in the mills and trying to support his family in a time of war, I imagine it was quite stressful. Time has probably changed him a bit, as well as events that have come to pass in his life--but I'll talk more about that later, :) Thank you for reviewing and I'm glad you liked the limerick! |
