Yes, Harry will have his ups and downs and the feeling of hate will need some time to vanish. The decision about school isn't final like Light Arrow already said it and the concept of the camp is to let the kids heal in their own pace. That means sometimes you need to go different ways and why should Light Arrow deny Harry the school from the beginning? Harry would just feel more controled and out of any decision.

 Maya behaved very mature. She has learned a lot in the camp. She was angry with Light Arrow for making her go with the boys but in the end made the right decsion and help Draco and Harry. She put her own desires away. Light Arrow praised her for this. If you would ask Draco, he would also thank Maya for her help. Harry is irrational at the moment, so we don't need to ask him.

 The idea of sending Maya, Draco and Harry together was a mistake of Light Arrow, but I don't want to write Mary Sue characters and in social work you often make wrong decisions because there is no guide for total right and total wrong things. You often need to try to depend on your intuition. Light Arrow is a very experience and good man, but even he is no god. He is human and sometimes makes wrong decisions.
