I'm really glad you liked it, I am sorta planning to do another one. I had inspiration for some more scenarios so I think I shall add to it! Kbinnz's 'Harry's New Home' really is amazing! I think she is going to be the next Rowling, wouldn't that be cool if in a few years we were writing fanfiction for her creations!?
Author's Response: Thanks so much, I love these stories too. I hadn't actually read one before I wrote one. I kept searching and didn't find one and so I added one to my permenantly never-ending waiting list (of things to write) and then when I decided to write a fic for Kbinnz I asked her which of them she wanted me to write (I took a few options from my waiting list) and she chose that one and so I wrote it (and it was so much fun). Since then, I have read 3 with this storyline, luckily they are pretty different though so it's fine. I definitely am going to write some more, it is so entertaining to write about! I have a whole little list of scenarios and each one will be a different chapter. I think it will be a long while (*cough* November *cough*) before the next one is up.
Author's Response: Thanks so much!!! I tried to make it as realistic as possible, personally I would tread on my brothers foot too, you know...if I had a brother. I'm glad you liked the ending!
Author's Response: Hey!!! How is everything going? I really hope the scans are still coming back clear! Do you know the gender yet? I bet it's the cutest baby ever either way! LOL, thanks so much! It's all thanks to you that I did post it. I think I am going to write some more, because it is such a fun thing to write! I won't tell you who the discussion is between next time (it will still be Severus and Harry and one of the next gen kids though) because that would ruin it but I am going to post it in November (because that's your due date, isn't it?) So when your beautiful little baby boy/girl is born I shall post as a celebratory thing. Of course, as it is a present to you I shall PM it to you first and then once you have read it (obviously it may take a while as you shall be coping with motherhood!) then I will post it here. It seems like ages since I wrote this, I posted it on FF.net first and then I was reading some fics on here and I realised that technically it had enough Harry-Severus stuff to be hosted on here so I decided to upload it here too. Everyone has been so nice, and I would also like to take the opportunity to point out how many have agreed about the awesome-ness of your fic too! I told you it was the best! I didn't realise it was on here too, I shall have to favourite it! Thank you so much for your kind words and everything you have done for me!
Author's Response: Thanks so much! There is so few of these knocking around, I have only ever read one and that was after I had written my own. I think I definitely will do another, they are a lot of fun to write!

I shall add that scenario to my list, just for you, I'm not sure how long it will be before it is written though. I have inspiration for something else for the next one so it won't be then, hopefully it won't be long after though!

I was going to write a little bit a day but then I got absorbed and I kept thinking 'I'll just do a little bit more' and before I knew it, it was finished! I think I am going to write another, I had inspiration for all sorts of other 'meetings' they could have. I think the next one will be up in November though as that's when Kbinnz's baby is due and it would be a nice way to mark it. Thanks again! |
