I am going to cry...
I know it's a long time since you've updated this and you're probably not even on this site any more, but this is one of the most coherent and dramatic stories I've read in a long time. I'd love to see how it goes from here! You've done really well showing how damaged Harry is from his upbringing – always trying to please people and always interpreting whatever people say in the most rejective way possible. I want to see how Severus comes to terms with this.
Also, why not have Dumbledore use his Elder Wand to mend Harry's wand, as Harry does in canon?

I LOVED this chapter! I hope you're continuing with this story ASAP! It was nice to see Harry and Connor get away from Hogwarts, and I like Connor as a character and as a friend to Harry.
Constructive criticism... sometimes you use the past tense in the wrong place. For instance a lot of times you say 'he was sat at the table' instead of 'he was sitting at the table' or simply, 'he sat at the table.' Just a thought! I hope you're still writing on this story and haven't abandoned it? I was in shock that Harry used IMPERIO!!!!!
I don't understand why he doesn't want anyone to know he can transform... it's not illegal and not terribly uncommon.
