Not bad, although you're using a lot of words incorrectly. Some examples:
* gotten passed me => gotten past me
* masochistic => sadistic
* luscious => you probably mean Lustrous
These minor errors really distract the reader from your writing. A beta would help you to catch such errors.

Oooooh! It's getting to the twist. So far, very enjoyable and well written. Now that I am caught up, it's killing me to wait for the updates.
Oh my gosh I hate your cliffhangers!!!!!!!!!! Your sooooo mean!!!!! lol enough whining. I love this story!!! It's so awesome!! But why can't you let Harry kill Moldyshorts already and get on with his life?? Without killing any of his friends??? Lol can't wait for the next update!!!
I can understand Lucius' feelings and I pray that he is being totally honest. It might be good for both him and Draco to have a chance to talk.
I'm glad that the 'dreams' have been explained. They were almost a precognitive warning issued by the messed up spell. I wonder what will happen to Blaise for his role in this?
Oh, I love it! I do hope that Lucius is sincere, and that he gets some consideration for helping Harry. I would like for Draco's sake that he be saved from Azkaban, or at the very least a minimal sentence for capturing the two other DE's.
I hope that all is on the up and up.
