A very satisfying conclusion. I loved the idea of Rita as an unlikely hero!

Author's Response: Thank you very much! Btw. I love your ID/nickname :-)

Fantastic! This oneshot was so absorbing, I just had to read it all despite it being half past one in the morning! Good-but-opportunistic Rita was a very convincing character the way you wrote her, and I found myself liking her despite the fact that I really don't in canon. Also the way she and Snape worked together was a nice twist! And yay for Rita getting back in everyone's good graces!

Oh, and the way Harry asked for Severus to take guardianship of him was nicely believable, I thought. Especially that line about him just wanting to be told the truth!

There were only a couple of grammatical issues, but they're really not noticeable at all, so don't worry!

This one's going on my favourites list right away - it's so wonderfully original!

Author's Response: *blushes* Thank you very much, Jen! And sorry for keeping you awake so late at night :-) Mila

That was great! It's nice to see a story that doesn't feature Rita Skeeter as a villain.

Author's Response: Thank you for your review! I am afraid it is my last story with positive Rita :-) Somehow, I always detested her, but then I realised that in comparison to Belatrix or Umbridge, Rita was not so bad... Mila

Yay that wa svery interesting to say the least. Glad to see that even Rita has her good side. And now at least Harry has a proper guardian. Go Sev!

    BTW I updated RPM again!

    Author's Response:

    Thank you very much! Mila

That was great :) I'm really surprised by how much I didn't, for once, hate Rita Skeeter! I'm so used to seeing her as a sort of greedy villain, this was actually refreshing.

    Author's Response: Thank you :)

I like!!! It's cute!!! I don't like Skeeter, but at the same time I could see this happening. She's not evil, after all.

Author's Response: Thank you! I disliked Skeeter through the books and many fanfics as well. Who knows where the idea for this little fanfic came from. Mila

Oh that was so cute. I would love to see a longer version of this story. It would make the great basis for a multi-chaptered one. Nicely done.

Author's Response: Thank you very much, Pandora. I have another story in progress, so I tried very hard to keep this one short. If it inspires you, feel free to adopt the plot and make it bigger, longer and better. I will be honored! Mila
