Hey,
I liked this a lot and I'd like to see where it is going. Was the potion Umbridge gave Harry during their first meeting some kind of mind-controlling potion? If so, I'm sure Snape is the best one to take care of him and actually notice what's going on.
That said, I hope you're still writing, although it's been quite a long time since the last update.

I should point out that after so many chapters that kept interaction with snape at minimum in an attempt to keep it realistic, this was not very realistic. just because harry is near death, he doesn't suddenly become dearer to Snape. and well you did use some cliche lines that everyone uses to escape having to develop a relationship. like "when did potter become harry?" well is their relatioship had developed well he wouldn't ask himself that. he wont even feel it change. or cradle his head and all that. it's too sudden! despite 14 chapters, you took it too slow, they still haven't got enough interaction.

The thought of Severus with human emotions... what a wonderful idea. It kinda makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. The words "Severus" and "gleefully" in the same sentence is surprisingly believable. Thank you for making my lunch time so entertaining.
