GREAT start! Awesome. I love your version of Snape and your Harry. They seem very much in character, and it seems like am ore canon, logical progression from the book versions to the fandom version of themselves. Well done!!! Absolutely fantastic start. I hope that the muse bites you and that you continue writing this.
I wonder if Snape will try to help Harry learn Occulumency.. I think it may be too hard for an 11 year old. Maybe he can try something else, like something new and made up like a stone that can shield his mind of something.
I am really looking forward to seeing Snape and Harry's relationship move forward. I like ALL of your characters, all the teacher's and Harry's friends, and your original character. Well executed all of them.
There is a LOT that can happen in this story too. You set up very creative things, like the fake death eaters and the pleasant sleep. Is that a potion that someone can take every day? A lot of potions seem to stop working after awhile, or have negative effects. I wonder if this potion will be different, and if after taking it for years you can never have bad dreams again. Of course dreams are different than visions for Harry.
Please continue this story! it is great!
