I loved the gossip at breakfast - very realistic and well done.

Do you know what the worst part of reading 80 chapters in less than 24 hours is? It's the fact that you've gotten used to that there's always unread chapters awaiting so you're able to manage the suspension>.< I really hate cliffies! But overall a great chapter^_^ Though I feel really sad about the turn in Harry and Draco's relationship, but Harry should have known better! I just hope that they'll manage to get over it.

    Author's Response:

Hee! It's rough when you've been reading along, and the story suddenly stops. I've done that!

Anyway, the next chapter is up now, and I'll post the rest tomorrow or tomorrow and Thursday.  Enjoy!

I do hope that Harry and Draco's friendship can be repaired. Harry was foolish to ask that of Draco and should have trusted him a bit more. What he should have done was partnered with him, without adding the spell into it. At least Harry feels bad about what he did and I'm sure that he won't ever do it again.

Now we just need to see what will happen after the hearing. Fudge isn't going to be happy, that's for sure, and there's nothing he can do about it. I wonder how many people will take it badly and how many will take it in stride. The Slytherin's in particular are going to be surprised. I can't wait to see what's coming!

    Great chapter!

Author's Response: Thanks! There's another one up now -- two more to go.

Another cliffie! Oh that was so sweet.

I love that Harry called Severus "Dad", and it was so natural, not too soon, and perfectly believalbe. I love that he still thinks of all the ways that James is his dad too.

As, you see I really need a sequel to this, because I can't imagine not having this universe to enjoy.

I'm so sad that the story is nearing the end. I know this is about the fourth time I've read it, but I enjoy it each time, like I'm reading it for the first time!

Please consider a sequel, or perhaps a couple of side stories maybe.

I'd love to see Harry and Severus' life AFTER Severus acknowledges Harry. It would just be so nice to see them bond more, and maybe Severus form a relationship with Remus. There are just so many possibilities.

Anyway, I know that you've probably moved on, but I just want you to know this story is always right up there at the top of the list, when I think of Severitus' stories! It's a classic.

Okay okay, enough of the mush, I want more story!! The hearing!! Yeah, can't wait!

    Author's Response:

    Thank you!

Yeah, I really didn't want the "Dad" to be too soon. I've been trying to show Severus's frustration with Harry formality for a while....

I actually have a mostly-written short story in this universe, and have for a while, but I dusted it off recently. Perhaps I'll finish it, this time.

*claps mightily* That was a lovely 'dad' discussion. And I'm so sad Draco is so mad, by the way! I mean, I know he has a right to be and it would be odd if he wasnt', but I want him to forgive Harry. I just loved the two of them!

    Author's Response: Thanks!
