It was so fun seeing everyone impressed by the Manor and Severus’s Quidditch skills! The chapter end is foreboding.

Thanks for the long chapter. Great point that Hogwarts is a private institution and the Board would likely have the authority to overrule a Ministry appointed teacher, if that teacher wasn’t up to their standards.
The Harry-Snape interactions were touching. I hope that Sirius gets it together for Harry’s sake.
