I love your story and was re-reading it again. I noticed in this chapter that Flitwick has a conversation about Salazar Slytherin and the lost portrait, but a few chapters ago you had Harry and Caddy meeting up with a portrait of Salazar, and I think in this chapter you mentioned that this was 'another one' they found. So will anyone else have a conversation with Salazar's portrait? Maybe move it from the abandoned dungeon to a higher floor?
Hmm...I can't also help wondering just what little Harry would make of Remus Lupin with him being a werewolf and all? Will he be making any appearances or sending any letters to Harry?
I did so enjoy the particular Harry way of dealing with the troll as it was certainly very different from any other story I have read so far which also featured that event!

Sorry I just found this chapter today! Lovely chapter I would love to see how harry intercts with his house a little more and the others in the castle. Thank you for updating I will read the next chapter tomorrow
Wow, very powerful chapter
For some reason, it's not updating and even though I have this story on track, I didn't know you updated until you mentioned it in the shout box. Technical difficulties, maybe? Anyways, lots of excitement in this chapter! Wonderful job
I have fallen in love with your story. Will you post on what is to be the Dursley's fate? Is Dudley to be charged too?
Made me cry. I love though!! :D
Yay!! Harry makes me want to clap my hands and bounce happily in my chair.
Between his healing Snape, adamantly caring about his "family" of snakes, and his insistence at staying by Terry's side, this chapter has managed to make me fall in love with Harry all over again. I'm feeling much as Snape is right now, in fact.
Wonderful chapter!!

if lisa turpin had been born a couple of decades earlier, i think she would have been one of those idiot people who joined voldemort and then ended up getting killed because they found out too late what he was really about. you right a very convincing, frustrating kid. i'm curious to see if flitwick (or anyone) ever gets through to her. still very good writing. thanks for the chapter this week - christmas is a very busy time to be writing!
