Thank you for updating, I love Jo she is very thoughtful and a good mum.
I was so happy to see an update for this story. I like the premise of Snape having a complicated family life, in which Harry will eventually (hopefully) find a place, and the elements of the sword and Merlin. I’m looking forward to seeing how things develop between Snape and Harry.

I like this story but it's just... or doesn't*feel* quite right
...I mean theres no hostility between snape and harry, more like a cold war than the vitriol spewing bastard snape usually is to harry. I get hes being on his best behavior in front of joanna but why is harry just going along then? I mean he could've asked to floo the weasleys the first day. Or to stay at grimmauld alone; snape certainly would let him if it meant being free of him. Nor trying to bash or flame anything I swear. I just get this lukewarm feeling sheen I'm so used to their relationship running hot (mutual hatred hot I mean)
