I can't wait for McTavish to get his comeuppance - hopefully death-by-Snape, or something equally horrible! Maybe Mr Peakes will find a bit of courage and do something to help, but clever of Harry to try flattery on McTavish - might buy some more time. I'm itching to find out Snape's reaction to Harry's non-appearance.

I think Mr. Peakes will come through and do something to try and help Harry. At least Harry bought himself a little time by pretending to admire McTavish. Of course Severus and Evelyn will beside themselves with worry so I am looking forward to the next chapter to see what happens next. Having a story set so far from the usual Hogwarts characters and setting is a nice change.
