I found it interesting that Harry and Severus had enough time to plan and pack before their trip back into time. Too bad about Ellery but at least now Evelyn has someone else to confide in.

Author's Response: If you remember from the first story, the magic takes some time to activate, although it has been improved so that it is much quicker now. I think they were quite lucky to have a few moments to plan, eh? Thanks for the review!

I liked the fact that Severus thought Aurora had left the box in his cabinet as a joke. The idea that one of the teachers would play silly practical jokes on the others sounds believable and is a nice touch. Good thing that Ellery made this one a different shape. If Severus saw another sphere, he might not have been as eager to open it.

Author's Response: Haha, yes, it was a good thing that the device was a box this time. It is a bit fun to think of the staff pulling pranks, so I thought I would throw that in. What on earth else would they do when stuck in a building full of teenagers for an entire year? They have to have some form of entertainment. Anyway, thank you for reviewing!

I enjoyed your story, 1612, (actually I enjoy all your stories) and was happy to see you have written a sequel. It is an interesting period in history and I like Evelyn. A potion to destroy a witch or wizard's power could be devastating and I am looking forward to where you take us.

Author's Response: Thank you bridgeportfox! I too find the 17th century very interesting. Well, I hope you enjoy where the story goes! Many thanks for the review.

Its really good to be getting a new adventure in this universe, and you've added to the interest with Snape trying to ignore Harry. It was very believable that Harry would want to find out what happened to his c17th friends and it seems he's going to find out in greater detail than he could ever have dreamt. Looking forward to seeing where you take the story.

Author's Response: Thank you for the review rosina! It is a relief to know that someone likes the start, as I had a great deal of difficulty with the first chapter at Hogwarts. Glad you think the Snape ignoring Harry things is interesting, as it's been very hard to write that and work it in believably (or at least I hope I've succeeded in that). And yes, you are quite right that Harry is going to find out the fate of his friends in greater detail than he could possibly imagine! Cheers!
