I enjoyed the scene with just Severus and Hermione, and was totally taken with the scene at the end of little Harry curled up between the two of them.
I love that Snape is sensing that there’s more to Harry’s past, and that he’s actually taking action. It feels like a burden lifting, even as Harry himself remains unaware of it all. Thanks for another brilliant chapter.
I loved Snape’s conversation with Hermione, and even more so his revelations about Harry at the end.
The imagery in your story is brilliant. I absolutely loved the coloring scene - it was sweet and subtly humorous all at once.
Your writing feels like poetry sometimes - stirring and alive.
I like that Snape is trying, and is self-reflective in those moments where he doesn’t get things right. Great chapter, thank you.
This was so powerful and moving. A simple scene with so much complexity. I absolutely loved it.
I loved this chapter, so much. The angst was perfectly compelling and drew me straight into the heart of it all. Thank you for this beautiful piece of writing.
I love the end of this chapter with the empathic understanding of Snape’s condition that Harry gains. It’s completely beautiful how you’ve orchestrated events to allow for a mutual vulnerability.
