Reviews For The Trouble with Harry
Great job. I can't wait for more. Author's Response: Thanks so much!
Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review. Things will be up and down for a while. Snape is unused to small children, especially boy ones, and hates them on general principal. LOL!
Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review. I've found that children accept things at the strangest times and in the strangest ways. T
I'm trying to imagine the picture of young Harry holding Snape's hand. I imagine it looks a lot like a toddler holding on to a man-sized crow. Poor Merry. Harry probably near gave him a heart attack. I'm really enjoying this. Since it's AU, I have no idea what to expect next! Moar plz! Author's Response: It's the only way I could think to Rick Roll you. Now that it's a fait accompli, I shall crow it from the rooftops! That's a great image of snape and harry together. Thanks for the image. Thanks fo ryou comments, TLZ. I really appreciate them.
Author's Response: Thanks so much!
Author's Response: Thanks so much for your kind words and your review.
Author's Response: Everyone has always seen Snape as a tool to use, rather than a person who might have an opinion, especially the Gryffindors in his life. Yes, he is kinder than he wants to show, but I see that as typical of a person who has experienced abuse as a child. The next day? Yes, it is very interesting. I'm writing it right now.
Author's Response: I chose to write Severus younger for that very reason. He's not had ten years to resent Harry for what he pictures him being. Thanks for the review. I really appreciate your kind words.
Sev seems to be trying to convince himself that he doesn't care about Harry. It doesn't seem to be working out so well. I think Albus was right when he said in canon that they sort too soon because he should have been in Slytherin. He manipulated Snape right into that check-up. Already he knows that Sev will do anything for Harry. Wonderful chapter. I’m looking forward to more. Author's Response: Wow! Just... wow. Thanks for that review. It really was one of the best and kindest I've ever had. No, I haven't written my own fiction yet. I'm working on it, but nothing so far. You're right, Albus always struck me as very Slytherin. He had to be. Snape also struck me as very Gryffindor in many of the things he did, but I also feel that the sorting thing is over-rated for the most part anyway. What eleven year old can tell what they are? None. They are too silly and childish to determine what they want to be, aside from the few of us who decided we wanted to join the circus or get in Starfleet Academy, or go to Hogwarts. Severus is trying to convince himself that he's unworthy of caring for Harry, but apparently he's not a great debater. He keeps losing. Again, thanks for the wonderful review. I'm going to email it to my mom. She's gets all proud and silly on me when I do. T
Author's Response: Oh yes. Harry's big day will be very big for both Harry and Snape. Thanks for your review. and your speculation! |
