Oh yes - makes sense that Snape would have had his escape all planned out. Might have been nice to see a bit of his new life to match what we saw of Harry's, but I guess this is Snape and Harry's story. It felt a bit like Snape was a cat toying with the mouse he'd caught, but they seemed to work things out to a good conclusion by the end.
Author's Response: Somehow I always believed that if they did meet again after the Battle of Hogwarts, Snape would toy with Harry... just to get him back and irk Harry some more. So I'm glad to hear that it came across. Thanks.

It's nice to think that Snape finally got a family and a relatively normal life after all he went through. And now that he and Harry have made peace, he and his wife may even return occasionally to the wizard world.

This was lovely :) Would have loved to see a bit of interaction between Severus and Aurora, or Severus and his kids - maybe in a future story?
Author's Response: I thought about having some interaction between them or even showing the kids, and then I thought if I just focused on Harry and Severus it'd be a bit closer to canon in a way. A way most of us can go away from this story going "There... now that is the ending Snape should have had... a happy one." Thank you.
Good build-up chapter. It sounds like Snape and Sinistra have made a new and happier life for themselves.
