I like your story so far. I do not think that describing the classes makes the story mundane, I think it helps with "building" the environment and helps one get to know the different teachers and other students. They are there for the classes, so it would sense that part of the story would revolve around those classes!
Oh, that was wonderful JA. No, it is not mundane; I love learning about the different classes and yes, I like the differences between here and Hogwarts. Just makes a nice change of scenario.
Can't wait for more. Great job.

First and foremost, I love all of your stories. In the scene where Snape asked Harry to levitate the stone, you said Harry was trying to use alohamora to try to levitate the stone. I believe you meant wingardium leviosa.
Besides that hiccup, I noticed no other errors in this chapter.
Looking forward to followibg chapters in all if your work in progress.
Fantastic story. I'm really enjoying the detail of the classes and, of course, Harry's interactions with the other teachers. I also like that Snape is finding it hard to change his own behaviour so Harry's still having problems with his lessons as well. Interested to see how the Harry-Gan relationship develops.
