Love it! Hahaha! Of course Harry's owl would find Snape, and Snape wouldn't know what name they are using to call him. Hehehe. thanks so much for this view of an alternate ending. I love that Harry and Ginny are running an orphanage and that Snape is making potions! Love it! Any possibility of a sequel?

The Slimy Git at the end of the story makes me laugh. I know I should be touched by this story -and I am- but nearing the end I'm amused. Amongst the names Severus have performed the ritual, Slimy Git is hilarious :D
Good job.
Nice contrast between happy(Hedwig)/sad(Hermione)and snarky Snape with a soft heart. I bet Hedwig will continue to find him no matter what!

Oh very funny, Harry! Of course he would use The Bat of the Dungeons. I'm surprised Harry didn't use The Half Blood Prince, though! Very interesting idea! I like the idea of Harry and Ginny starting up a place for war orphans. That's a touch of brilliance, there. Harry would immediately feel for them giving his parentless childhood, and Ginny would be quite used to being around a whole tribe of kids and therefore aptly suited for the job!
I would love to read a story where Severus goes to visit!

I was close - I thought Hedwig was looking for the greasy git. Though Harry's owl could probably find him using the hero Severus Snape. I hope Snape takes Harry up on his offer someday.
