I'm really enjoying the story so far; however, Harry does seem to be a bit too perfect. Obviously, I haven't finished reading the story, so that might change, and these chapters were typed long ago and probably are not going to be changed. But, Harry is a ten-year-old boy who didn't go to school for the last year and he knows about the laws of physics and how to find velocity based on multiplying gravity and time? He is also very storing magically and loves to spend his entire day reading (although I'm sure most of us also love doing that). It's just a bit too much. But, with that all being said, I really am enjoying the story!
I have a love/hate thing going on with cliffhangers, but because there is another chapter to read this time, I'm just very, very happy with this awesome chapter!
Nice developement of the chapter. I am enjoying this story. I liked the flashback, and the details about the potion.
You have nothing to apologize for, save the nasty cliffhanger, and you can right that wrong by updating quickly. :) I like the story the way it is, too much drama, too many sick days, too much hospital wing, too much torture or too many attacks of any kind ruin a story for me. Some is necessary and good to read, but establishing a norm first and in between is what makes a story great. You do that very well. Now, dare I hope that a new update is pending at this very moment?
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you like how the story's turning out. I get bothered by too much action and horror as well (and I'm not great at writing those type of scenes) Expect an update within the week :), sooner rather than later.

I really enjoyed finding out Snape's thoughts on Harry, and some of his history. I especially liked how the revelations were interspersed with his potion brewing. Hope the next chapter will be along soon.

Typically, I try to refrain from demanding chapters-- I worry it seems childish and rude to ask for more from someone who is doing a wonderful thing for free. But with that cliffhanger?! Argh! Want chapter! See, I do sound like a toddler....

I really enjoy your way of writing. Giving them enough time to ponder over the reactions each them displays is a clever move since nothing is more angsty than imagination and you give them this room:-) I guess Harry has used magic and failed? ;^) sry for my English, no native:-)
