Sorry, this thing with Vernon is so horrible - I cannot think of a thing, except him having to suffer the same, mentally and physically over an extended time, that would be appropriate and enough for what he has done to Harry. Obviously, he is beyond being able to develop any true understanding or remorse.

I liked your story so far. But this I don`t get... If he`s a ghost, how can he hand things to another person? He has got no body so he can`t hold stuff, let alone hand it to somebody.
The ending feels quite rushed. Not apropriate to the rest of the story, if you get what I mean. I think you should go back and revise it. There is potential there, but like that? No good.
