So will Harry be able to have kids or did Aunty not get to him in time?
Very interesting start and I have a feeling that Harry will be just fine not going back to his oh so loving relatives and not dealing with Dumbledore.

Love this story love the premise can't wait for next chapter.
Overall, good job! I enjoyed reading about the different healing potions and technicalities behind the HP universe you created and explained; however, the chapter was more informative, which tends to take away from the depth of characters and the situation. In your next chapters, try bringing out everyone's emotions, especially those of Harry and Snape. How do they feel about being stuck with each other in the cottage? It seems like Snape is quite courteous to Harry and vice versa, but is this typical in your story's universe? How does Harry feel about what happened to him? How does Annie see Harry, as the Boy-Who-Lived, a patient, or something else?
I'm looking forward to what happens next.
