Loved Teddy and Andromeda can we have more Teddy please? Trials are hotting up and I can't wait for Severus' reaction to Harry being in the paper

Author's Response: Teddy will make a reappearance, a number of chapters away. I couldn't think of an excuse to have him enter Hogwarts at his young age, though :-) so the interaction between H and Teddy will take place at the Burrow. Thanks for reviewing!

Lots of rich detail in this. Harry's observations about the disadvantages of growing up Muggle were well-articulated and certainly ring true, even his saying that it might just be his feeling behind rather than it being a true social disadvantage. But I love how that reflected on the scene at the club with Ginny. Ginny is comfortable with so many aspects of the wizarding world that Harry isn't-- including Harry's fame as the Boy Who Lived. Harry had to overcome not just a disapproving Muggle family but also complete ignorance of his own history, whereas sometimes it's very hard to forget that Ginny knew who he was before he did, and was already 'in love' with him when they met. Ginny's self-confidence contrasted with Harry's quiet nature makes for very interesting reading.

I also loved the naturalism of Harry's playtime with Teddy. It was very sweetly portrayed but fed well into how you've characterised everyone. Harry is just love and acceptance, things he never had as a child, and I liked how he explained himself so thoroughly to Teddy when Teddy was hiding, even though the child presumably doesn't have language skills. It goes back to the way we know Harry was raised-- only ever shouted at or punished, no kind touch, no soft voices. You say a lot with a small scene. And Harry's care for the Weasleys is just so lovely. He's not quite one of them in the same way they're all so alike and happy, but he loves them all so much and wants to make things better for them. I love that he thinks of them individually and has some kind of relationship with each of them. His reaching out to Hermione and Mrs Weasley was really very lovely. Your Harry is compassionate and bright and growing into a thoughtful young man.

    Wonderful story as always!

    Author's Response:

Thank you! It warms my heart to see that you perceive Harry just the way I want to portray him.

With Teddy, it is so like Harry to know, simply by instinct, how to talk to and to treat even a very small child (without language, you're right there - Teddy can be a year - a year and a half at most) with respect, as a real person.

    Thanks again for the review!

Nice chapter! I love it! Poor Snape, having his personal business plastered in the paper, what a slight of privacy! Poor Harry in the club too! I wonder if Harry should pose for photo ops with Snape - if that would help? I wonder what Harry and Hermione's idea is about. Something to do with Muggle born and Muggle raised children? A summer school, perhaps? to teach them about Magic. I suppose we shall see. :)

Thanks so much for the update!

    Author's Response:

Wow! That was a whole bunch of reviews - thanks for taking the time to write them all! It is really gratifying to have readers' (and writers') feed-back on the story!

Funny you should mention Harry posing for photo ops with Snape... You have an intuition for these things :-) You'll have to wait quite a substantial number of chapters before something like that might come up, though. And the task of Mrs Weasley will also be revealed towards the end of the story. In the meantime, I hope you will continue to enjoy yourself while reading!
