IT'S SO FLUFFY I'M GONNA DIE!!! This type of thisng is how Harry Potter should have ended, with Harry uniting Hogwarts, not ostricizing (🤷) an entire group of KIDS! Just because a magical hat said they were ambitious. 😝
I always love coming back to visit this story.
Yeah..I didn’t like how he forgave and forgot so easily, should have stopped at the other chapter, ver disappointing for me
Author's Response: I'm sorry to hear that. I believe in forgiveness. He didn't forget as he promised Ron he would never let that happen between them again or let Ron get away with that sort of behavior again. Carrying around the burden of hurt and hate is oftentimes more harmful to the person carrying those feelings than the one those feelings are aimed at. Forgiveness is one way of letting those things go. Forgiving doesn't always mean forgetting and acting as though it never happend. In this case for Harry and his friends forgiveness meant growth for all of them. Going about life never forgiving those who have slighted or wronged us is a miserable way to live and I didn't want that for Harry. Harry didn't want that for himself.

Hermione was actually the worst. She says she was just tired of them fighting, but she stuck by Ron. Harry should have told them he forgives them (well only if she apologizes!), but cannot remain friends. There was nothing resolved with Sirius. It was left unsaid, but Sirius might realize what he lost when it hits him that he lost Harry to Severus.
I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this, but I absolutely loved it!
I wonder how Sirius will react to Harry staying with Severus.
I really enjoyed this story, and love the idea of Snape as a rather grouchy (at times) and sour (at times) Santa.
