The description of the house and furnishings was interesting. I like that Snape had pictures of Albus and Minerva. It made him seem more human. I imagine Harry was surprised, too.

I love this story! I can't wait to read more! You've posted so many chapters in a month that I'm feeling hopeful to read more soon! that being said, take your time because no pressure. But anyway, I can't wait to see Sirius's reaction. And also Snape's reaction when he goes to visit the Dursleys! I like how its kind of a forced relationship, but it's also funny because they are actually getting to know each other. Excited to see the process of when fake becomes a blurred line into real.
Excellent chapter. I like how Snape, though he was upset with Harry's question, did not take it out on Harry, though it was obvious that he was upset in how he handled the dishes. That added detail made the scene seem that much more real to life. I am looking forward to seeing more of how their relationship develops over time. It's nice to see Harry thinking more about Snape at the end, and the complications for the man who has adopted him. The concern is a nice touch.
