This has been a fun read so far! I hope harry opens up more to snape about his abuse from the dursleys. I like the way you described snape's house, and Harry's room sounds cool. It would be cool if he decorated it. I hope they go shopping soon and get harry some new clothes and stuff.
Yes, please continue as soon as possible and, please try to find a way to 'enlighten' Severus to Harry's actual life in Durskaban?

I loved this chapter and your whole story. Your story is well written with an original angle. Great job so far. I would love to see some more tense moments as they somewhat get along. Maybe Harry misbehaving in Snape's class when school start back up or him getting himself into trouble during the summer. There could be lots of potential as he is not used to having anyone care for him and how to behave like a normal child. I also like your pace. Their relationship is going to take time and you are doing a great job at it. I'm excited for whatever comes next.

Quite the twist! Usually these stories have them hiding a closer relationship...looking forward to seeing where this leads.
I'm glad that Sirius didn't do anything crazy. I wouldn't have put it past him. Harry and Snape seem to be getting along fairly well so far. I wonder how long that will last?
The description of the house and furnishings was interesting. I like that Snape had pictures of Albus and Minerva. It made him seem more human. I imagine Harry was surprised, too.
