Hahahah the ending cracked me up! I loved the descriptions of the souvenirs and waiting for the egg to hatch. I liked how Hagrid got a parrot. I also enjoyed the conversations with the reptiles. :)
Yup. I knew Snape would regret not checking on Harry's selection. It not only is a plesiosaur, it sounds like an arrogant plesiosaur.
I wondered what kind of souvenir Harry picked up. Hermione is right - just because the egg isn't very large, it doesn't mean that whatever hatches will be safe. Snape may regret not checking on what Harry had in the box before they left.
