Sorry to see that this doesn't go on. You say it doesn't have much in the way of plot, but I find myself absolutely in love with Serafima Snape as a character. And you're right at the impact of the gender reversal here: it does make it seem abruptly as though there are no men in the world, or at the least no men who are important; and that does make for quite the indictment on the original.
So many stories are made with the male perspective in mind that this is actually a very interesting take, and I'd love to read more of it. I understand it was an experiment and you may be through with it, but I have really enjoyed it so far!

I love that Ron is still the EXACT same Ron, with a teensy gender tweak hither and yon, but Daisy is a totally different person. One might imagine that the Evanses chided her in this reality by demanding she be more 'ladylike'. I like that she still stands up for Nancy; she was beginning to seem a bit milquetoast before!

Nice start! Funny about the Weasleys, and it was funny how they mentioned that Daisy was short for Harold. Clever, what you did there. :)

I'm surprised at how much I like this. Harry and Snape's characters are spot on. I do like the personality conflicts and some of the gender changes that are going on. Well done!
I liked the name switch of Veronica from Ron, we get to keep thinking of him-her as Ron. Snape's name was great too, it's easy to tell who it is. I found that the sheer number of name changes are a little difficult to get through; I find myself thinking and trying to figure out who everyone is. I wish that some of the names were more obvious, even if it would make the names silly, such as Draconia instead of Draco. But maybe reading will get easier.
Continue on! If you have a plot planned I see this story going far!

THE NAMES, OMG, THE NAMES. I had Draco with a name that started with a "D" (not Draconia), but then I was getting confused with "Daisy," and I hate it when I read books and everyone's name starts with the same letter. I'm not stupid, but I do get easily confused. (Even when I'm reading fanfic, if the author uses the names "Severus" and "Sirius," man, I read those the same.) Anyway. To save myself, I changed the Dragon to a Cat, and ... screw it, says I. I've been trying to use first and last names a lot more than people would in normal conversation, just to keep reminding the reader. I see that I may not be doing that enough.

This is a great idea and I think you've got a great start. It's interesting, because, if you continue, you'll probably move further and further from cannon. You've also got the mean girl thing just right.
