My, now the trial has begun. I wonder if Snape had anyone to defend him. What will happen to Harry, though? Will he be stuck there to watch the trial (and be involved in it, but then, how could he, since he and the dead can't communicate with each other)?

James, Lily and Severus all have things that they should be asking forgiveness for from each other. I'm glad Lily got James to realize that Severus needed his help right now.
Please continue your story. I can't wait to see what happens next. As always, I do want Severus to come out alive and well.
Author's Response: Oh yeah, there's nobody in the room that hasn't behaved poorly. But by casting the circle Snape essentially gave others permission to "cast the first stone" as it were.
As for alive and well...we'll just have to wait and see.
