Loved the story thank you
Loved your characterization of Snape! He isn't too OOC, and neither is Harry. I think a lot of stories on this site tend to be a bit overdramatic, and this definitely is more true to the canon characters! Will the Dursleys be more influential here? As in, have gone further than just neglect? Is Harry actually hiding something else?? Can't wait for an update! (If there will be one?)
Love it and hopefully one day its continued
Interesting, will Harry find out who had the drugs and drugs there were?

Very good writing and characterisation thank you. I would love to read more
I really enjoyed this. All the characters were believable and not OTT, and you've left plenty of questions, not just with Harry and Snape, but with Umbridge's intentions and just what was in the twins' trunks. I'd happily read more if you can write it.
Umbridge: the nastiest creature of them all: a pink toadie. It will be interesting to see Snape's interaction with Harry, now that he's pretty much seen 'essence of Harry Potter' being not near as gold gilt as he assumed it to be. After all, a man's possessions can say quite a few things about him. Even the pile of trash that Snape was kind enough to vanish. It wasn't just the candy wrappers and detritus that is in most other students trunks. There was also actual food that he had squirreled away. "Normal" students don't pack away food when they know when their next meal is. "Normal" students don't ball up their incriminating blood-stained clothes. "Normal" students have clothes that fit that isn't just the school uniform.
A lovely story! I think it was great as a stand alone, but could do great with a well thought out sequel too. Excellent work, it was a joy to read.
