Author's Response: Are you asking if Albus encouraged the behavior with Sirius? Or Severus?
If you mean Sirius, no, I'm keeping the natural feud between Severus and the Marauders. In this, the only thing that I'm changing in this relationship is that when the big prank with Severus going to The Shack, it's almost like he awards Sirius and James and punishes Severus for it. With Severus, Albus is trying to alienate Severus as much as possible.
