glad both had a chance to speak with lily, especially severus. he waited so long to ask her forgiven ... hope severus will find a new life, if he live past the battle.. wish harry had more time with his mom !! love the one-shot!
Author's Response: Thank you! If you squint, this can be seen as a prequel to some of my other stories I've not yet posted on this site as they aren't primarily Severus-Harry stories. I can't see Lily throwing James over for Severus as much as he'd like it to be so, and hope he takes her advisc and moves on.

What a wonderful story. It sounds like there is more to Crookshanks than we thought. I especially like the idea of Lily persuading Severus to try to live past the war and find someone else to love. Harry getting to see his Mum at the same time was great, too.

Woah! Great one-shot! I love how everything worked out. I bet Harry will listen to Snape more. Snape needed to hear what Lily had to say to him. I'm glad he is getting some help, her telling him to move on. Precious that Harry got a moment with his mum. Awwww.
