Reviews For Electric Avenue
Btw, BS the Dursleys *didn't* physically abuse Harry! Just because her ghostwriters at Bloomsbury edited out the graphic abuse that Rowling DID write, doesn't mean the tell-tales *aren't* still littered throughout the books! Let me know, and I'll send you the links from Quora and a couple of other sites where the writers did their due diligence and list the many, many "hints" left behind! How about the line, "Aunt Petunia swung the frying pan at his head, but it must have been a half-hearted attempt because he was able to duck, so she missed *this time*." Or the times that Harry was *wary* of getting in range of Vernon's hands, so he couldn't grab him! Just those TWO show that Harry had been subjected to physical abuse and not just by Dudley and his gang! Getting THROWN, bodily into a cupboard under the stairs with the shelving, cleaning tools, and the stairs right above IS physical abuse! What about Bumblingbore's *threat* to Petunia? "Petunia, remember my last!" Excuse me, but what "last"? That says that Dumbles has threatened Petunia before! But if there's been no contact between the Dursleys and him and the only one being "the letter" left with Harry on the doorstep, WHAT *LAST*?! What was the warning? To stop nearly killing the toddler/little boy? Or that they needed to step up the program of degradation? I'd dearly *love* to find out the context behind that! Gosh, I'm not getting any replies; I'm beginning to wonder if my reviews are going to you. You usually do reply... Oh, well. Talk to you soon! MelJ
Great chapter I was wondering how long it would be before Umbridge started on Remus. Author's Response: Neither can I, friend! Umbridge will umbridge as expected.
Author's Response: I'm really excited for you to read the chapter I just finished writing if you like the project! As for Tonks and Shacklebolt, I will give no spoilers.
Author's Response: I refuse to either confirm nor deny that this will happen. Mostly because I haven't written it yet. :)
Author's Response: Middle of the day to early afternoon: decent concentration and ability to focus. Mornings are hard because his potions aren't in his system yet. Late evenings, as the sun goes down, things... change. I haven't really touched on sundowners yet, but there will be a section in a later chapter dedicated to it. And man does sundowners hit hard. If ever there was something to look up, that would be it.
Author's Response: Not to worry, updates will continue to occur regularly. Next week will be a double header, but that's my present to you all for being awesome! |
