Aw, cute. I wish Snape had told Petunia something about not letting Harry out so late. Even though she seemed to not want him out so late, Harry did say he did it all the time and wasn't kidnapped yet.
I found it amusing that Snape enjoys a "mundane" burger a couple times a year.
