I’m incensed by Snape’s unilateral decision-making! I understand his reasoning in this instance (and it certainly makes sense), but how can he not have at least asked for Harry’s opinion. I feel like you’ve set the situation up nicely for a Christmas show down, where Snape is hopefully disabused of his erroneous assumptions about Harry’s life. Thanks for the images.
