Thank you for making such a hard scene so troubling but also so well written. I love seeing the two scenes side by side such a clever idea.

Thanks for the wonderful update. This was a poignant and nicely flowing chapter. The different experiences of the two boys were woven together quite well. I’m looking forward to seeing what Snape makes of his new awareness of the parallels between their respective childhoods.
