While I’m hoping to make this plot at least somewhat original, I know that I’m treading on well-covered ground. This story is 50 chapters, and complete, but will be posted slowly rather than all at once. (Note: this story does contain a slash relationship between Harry and Draco. It remains preslash for most of the story, but becomes a full romance near the end, though with no sex depicted.
