This is the first of several (I'm not sure how many, exactly) one-shots, companion to a longer piece on FFnet (see profile). The whole piece deals more with the relationship between Harry and Albus than Harry and Severus, which is why I'm not posting it here, but the Harry-Severus relationship is an interesting story that deserves some emphasis, hence why I'm doing it seperately as well. The next one will probably be after the start of term, timeline-wise.
