Summary: In HBP Snape used the killing curse on Dumbledore while Harry was demobilized. What if Harry had somehow broke free and rushed to Dumbledore’s aid right as Snape was casting the curse. What if Harry was hit instead?

Summary: So there are plenty of fics where Snape spanks Harry and quit a few where Harry has been abused and learns the difference between a beating and a spank. I, being against spankings, would like to see a fic where Snape learns that there is not a HUGE difference, at least not in Harry’s mind and realizes that he’s making things much worse for Harry by punishing him that way.

- Severus can be: his real father, adoptive father, guardian or Dumbledore could just give him a right to discipline him-go wild with it.
- Harry can be abused or he just could be overly sensitive to being hit, ether way’s fine by me.
- Since I’m a psychology major I have to add that it would be an interesting twist if Harry had some sort of psychological issues and being hit could throw him into an “episode” of sorts.

Summary: Dumbledore had a lot of control over Harry, but Harry gave him that control by agreeing to things and giving his consent, albeit resentfully at times. What if Harry just said no? To be more specific, what if when Dumbledore ordered Harry to have Occlumency lessons Harry just said no? How would his 5th year go, and what role would Severus Snape have?
