- Uh oh, you left us with quite the cliffhanger. I will have to re-read to see if you gave us hints of why the prisoners were more aware two years ago but its such a good story that I don't mind reading again. Hope you update sooner but I know you have other things to do.

- Albus seems to be slow in realizing that people have independent thought and actions. He can TRY to manipulate things, but it won't always work! The last conversation between Harry and Severus was awesome. He's trying so hard to be a good father and Harry is finding out that there are drawbacks to having one.
But the Slytherins didn't treat him like a freak. They didn’t make him do their cooking or cleaning because the house-elves did all that. They didn’t smack him around if he didn’t do their homework for them because they didn’t ask him to do their homework. Harry wondered if maybe he was settling into the Slytherins too fast, but he dismissed the thought with a smile. For the first time in a really long time, Harry realized, he was happy.

And no one, bar maybe the boy himself, had been more enraged when Harry Potter was taken out of the dungeons and placed high in Gryffindor tower than Severus Snape, either. - I don't think there is anything wrong with your story. I feel bad you are moving poor Harry, but that IS part of the plot. LOL I think you should not be so hard on yourself. Looking forward to the next part.

Following the disasterous Third Task, Harry begins to notice two things about himself. First: his appearence has begun to change. Second: something is very very wrong. The Cruciatus shouldn't continue to be causing him pain this far out from having received it, should it?

- Well crap, Voldemort has managed to tune into Elias' signal again. Or vice versa. So now we know what disaster Shannon is dealing with. The reason your plot point was missed is its been too long since history class. LOL I learned about Cherynobyl in school, but its been almost thirty years since I graduated! Remus is lucky he didn't short circuit the computer. lol Interesting that Frank seems to know something is going on with him and they both have Cruciatus damage.

- Ah, so the potion does what deaging would do down a molecular level. Now I know why you were laughing at that one review. His brain was re-wired all right - into a mess! I am glad that everyone knows, even if Sirius is on probation. I am not going to guess the plotline because you do such a fantastic job telling this story that I don't feel the need to!
Now if Severus can bind them, he could have Malfoy take an oath also. Evil family or not, he would not be able to talk anyway. Looking further to the next chapter. Why does your birthday only come once a year? I wouldn't mind another week with 2 chapters. LOL
Author's Response: I am continuing to laugh because you still don't know! I'll give you a hint: you misspelled a word. But yeah, his entire nervous system got messed up. I'm still figuring out what to do about Malfoy tbh... And with these massive chapters I've been putting out and the fact that we are moving into by far and away my favorite and most anticipated arc, I don't think I could manage to do two chapters in a week.

- Every chapter you post just makes me want the next one even faster! But that indicates how good your story is, so no worries. I am glad Snape confided in Remus since I think he needs more people to lean on. Poppy is great but she's one person. You did trick us with the Hermione thing. Poor Elias, he really needs a break.
Author's Response: Snape just needs a friend and Poppy is just a bit too much in Albus's pocket imo. I'm not going to lie, I don't think Elias is going to be getting a break anytime soon. Not for a while at least.

- Oh great, now you have mentioned my OTHER great love - deaging stories! I could see deaging helping him though. His brain would have to rewire again as he grew and the potion is now out of his system. There would still be damage, but it would help. Eeks on going down on Fulgar. Can't wait for the next chapter but I have to say just because your chapters are short doesn't meant they aren't PACKED full of information.

I guess the question is: would you like to see the original version of this story? It is so radically different from this one that there is zero chance of spoilers but it actually does contain deaging, hurt/comfort, and a bunch of people trying to keep secrets from one another while stuck in Snape's house for 14 days under lock and key. It's only like 30 pages long right now, but I'd send it to you if you wanted to read it in its VERY MUCH UNFINISHED state.
Yeah, that was what I was thinking too on the deaging, but then I realized I'd have to adjust the levels of all of the other potions he was on an it would 100% mess up the story, so that was a no go. Coming down on the Fulgur would have been the least of their worries. Also, you've inadvertently put a spoiler in your review but I'm not going to say what it is because it's one of those semantic things I keep warning about.
Next chapter is up and has more information in it than I care to shake a stick at. I'm glad you're enjoying this!

- I am really enjoying this story and resenting that you have a life besides writing it. LOL Looking forward to the next chapter, whenever that might be. Seems like no matter who Harry is, he is destined for a rough life.
