Summer after fourth year is finally over, and things are not as expected when Harry makes it back to the magical world. Badly broken and determined for it to stop, Harry turns to, surprisingly, a certain Potions Master, who in turn finds within himself, of all places, a heart still beating and waiting to love, and be loved in turn.

- I really don't know what part I liked best. . . so much wonderful stuff. The "brothers" incident was so much fun. Then seeing Harry hoist that idiot into the air. . .Telling Pansy to "make one up." was absolutely brilliant. . . and that final scene--destroying everything but protecting everyone-amaizing.
Your creativitiy is truely amazing.

- OK, I've been out of town, so I'm just now reading the last 2 chapters. It's a good thing that you put the warning at the begining of the last chapter or I'd be VERY upset about the loss of Shadow (man did that HURT! Harry was SO UPSET). I'm holding you to your word that He isn't gone forever.
I loved the flash back about Lily playing the Piano and singing. But even more the spell that freed Sev from the Dark mark!
So, What's next? When will Shadow come back? (and in what form?) Harry is going to be very depressed for a while-I think, How will Sev handle/help with this?

I'm glad Shadow was able to survive! But that's worse than being stranded on a deserted island. Ok, now we Just need to get our Harry to start looking for Shadow again. Maybe a "dream connection" or some sort of vision.
And maybe shadow is a part of that "unkown power" that will take down old snake face? He certainly could be a wonderful spy from the microverse. . .

Shadow spying on Voldemort... now that's an interesting idea! Drat! I almost need fan fictions about this story. In the sequel, I'm planning to give Shadow his own chapters as well as the usual Harry/Snape - after all, why not? Shadow will soon discover that he's not as alone in the Mirrorverse as he thinks... - I think we should probably string up the Headmaster--especially if he Knew all-along Harry's true parentage. But, also for the fact that he managed to manipulate the Truest of all Slytherins--Severus Snape.
Yeah, we get The Conversation next chapter! You know I've been waiting for quite a while for it.

- The Dursley visit was almost sureal. I didn't figure out who the "3" at the begining were until the "visit" but it seems rather appropriate. (I personally tend to greater vengance at times-but this is right for Harry and those who are concerned about his feelings).
Laughter is a good thing in this family I think. More may be needed.

- Harry really hasn't a clue about "playing with fire" does he? I hope Shadow hasn't started something that the two of them can't handle.
BTW, when is Sev going to hear Harry talking to his refection and assume he's losing his marbles? Could be interesting--as he has already caught a glimpse of our dear Shadow.
