- I really liked it! Very unique story! The storybook was cool.
Author's Response: Thanks ^^; I thought that, while a black swan suited Snape's personality and style, it was also quite unusual and fitting, seeing that Snape's life-path is similar to that of the ugly-duckling (in that he starts off as lonely and bedraggled and ends up one of the heroes of the war. I'm glad you enjoyed the book- it seemed a very Snapeish thing to give

- Harry's emotions are so powerful. You can really feel this intensity, and how his emotions are simply overflowing. It reminds me of being twelve! Well done.

- I like Sinistra. Her appearance is brief, but enough to give a nice snapshot of who she is. The descriptions of the scene in the astronomy tower are lovely. And I rather enjoyed the last line of this. It gave a nice picture.

- Oh my gosh. That conversation between Severus and Charity Burbage was hilarious. You had Severus pegged perfectly. I loved when Harry wondered if Charity was suicidal, the way she was laughing at Snape's response.

- My my, what a lovely story. It was quite unique, and was wonderfully written. I loved the snowball fight between Harry and Draco. It was an amusing moment, that quite honestly reminded me a lot of my friends when I was twelve. Everyone got a face-wash at some point after the big blizzard in my grade seven year! Anyway, thank you for the lovely story.
In the summer before Harry's second year, it's discovered that Lily didn't die, but was instead held prisoner for several years.

- Good chapter. I found it rather fitting that Snape liked the book Robin Hood as a kid, as he was quite poor himself! Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

- Killer chapter! ;) I love Lily so much! And Severus seems very in character. I think you're doing a wonderful job on how he'd act with Lily around. I really like Harry too, as he seems so innocent. He's kind of funny, with his jumping down the sidewalk! Anyway, looking forward to the next chapter!

- Great chapter! I think Harry might be searching for someone to look up to ... and poor Severus in his inability to see that! Just so you know, I noticed a tiny error that you'd probably want to know about. During the part that talks about how the Ministry wouldn't notice any magical activity in Baske, you wrote "The Ministry of would never ...". You left out Magic. Anyways, lovely chapter and I look forward to more! :)

- This chapter was so good! I was so excited when I saw you updated. It was very fitting for Snape to be so nervous, and I thought you've really done a great job with him and keeping him in character. His little talk with Lily was good too. Poor Harry though ... he doesn't quite see why Snape is so cold towards him. Anyways, looking forward for the next update!
