It makes sense though. He is a powerful wizard. Was a close friend of Lily, and knows best of anyone how to protect Harry; even if he doesn't want to.

That was very well written. Now I'm remembering this story, and I'm so glad that you've decided to write it agian. It has a lot of potential.
I'm dying to find out more about the charms that Lily's placed on Harry, and how it involves Snape.

How come Harry wasn't taken care of properly? Was it because Sirius left that to Kreacher? I can just guess Severus will have something to say about that!
Poor Harry, I hope Poppy can heal him. It was a good thing that Snape knew the counter to that curse, it sounds utterly horrible. I also liked how Sev held Harry here.
